SlabTrack.ai provides AI-powered trading card identification, valuation, collection tracking, and PSA cert verification tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. SlabTrack.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with PSA, eBay, TCGplayer, or any other third-party service referenced on this platform.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services. This includes attempting to reverse-engineer our AI, scraping data in an unauthorized manner, uploading malicious content, or using the platform for illegal activity.

5. Pricing and Payments

Free accounts include 5 AI card scans. Pro accounts are billed monthly at $10/month and include unlimited scans and additional features. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.

6. Pricing Data & PSA Verification

All card prices are sourced from third-party platforms (eBay, TCGplayer) and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice. PSA cert verification results are sourced directly from PSA's official API. SlabTrack.ai is not responsible for inaccuracies in third-party data. Always verify independently before making buying or selling decisions.

7. Affiliate Disclosure

SlabTrack.ai participates in the eBay Partner Network affiliate program. Some links to eBay may include affiliate tracking codes, which means we may earn a small commission if you make a purchase. This does not affect the price you pay.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, AI models, and technology on SlabTrack.ai are the property of SlabTrack.ai. Card images and data are sourced from third-party APIs (PokémonTCG API, eBay, TCGplayer) and remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SlabTrack.ai is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI card identification, pricing data, or PSA verification results.

10. Limitation of Liability

SlabTrack.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to losses from buying or selling decisions made based on information provided by this platform.
